When a uniform item requires attention—whether it is a broken zipper, missing button, or torn seam—wearers can easily submit a request through our mobile repair app, available on both Android and Apple devices. The process is designed to be simple, efficient, and user-friendly:
Scan Barcode: Open the app and select “Repair Request.” The app activates the device’s camera to scan the barcode on the garment.
Select the repair: Once recognized, users choose the necessary repair from a pre-set list.
Submit and track: After submitting the request, users can monitor the status in the “My Repairs” section, which provides real-time updates and a history of past requests.
This streamlined digital process eliminates the need for handwritten tags and ensures repair requests are submitted clearly and accurately, helping reduce delays and improve overall service quality.

After a repair request is submitted, no further action is needed from the wearer. Once the garment is collected and arrives at our facility, it proceeds through the standard wash process.
Our automated sorting system identifies garments flagged for repair. These items are then routed to our repair team for assessment. Each garment is carefully evaluated, the requested repairs are completed, and the item is reintegrated into the production line, ready for its next scheduled delivery.
